Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Keller, Southlake, and Alliance resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when Oncor is out?
Yes. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if Oncor or the Wi-Fi is down. Texas power here is deregulated. Oncor is the usual TDU on Fort Worth and west-side lots.
